Welcome from the Managing Director

Thank you for your interest in our innovative product. In the years before being part of the team that developed Puncturesafe, I worked extensively with the many speciality polymers that were being developed for industry. During my research I found that there was a need for a good quality puncture preventative for very high speed vehicles that would give a permanent seal and also last for the lifetime of the tyre. At that time there was nothing available anywhere and I believed the sealants on the market were only suitable for the slow moving construction industry vehicles, although most claimed differently, and still do to this day. The majority were unethically franchising, and many have fallen by the wayside in the last few years leaving franchisees high and dry.

Our R&D team looked worldwide at the tyre sealant industry that had developed over the years in some countries. After much research we found that the majority just did not work at all and just a few were only suitable for slow moving big trucks, because these type of vehicles with their large wheels and low speeds do not generate high heat, stress and centrifugal forces which eventually pull polymers apart. Of all the sealants we tested we found that all where lacking, a few just a little, and many where terrible in as much as apart from not doing the job of sealing punctures they caused horrific problems inside a tyre. One of the biggest problems we encountered with these tyre sealants, was that they eventually caramelised within the tyre if the vehicle was worked hard. My experience in the field of heat resistant polymers led me to believe that we could overcome the difficult task ahead and eventually develop a UK manufactured permanent puncture preventative that could survive the hostile environment of a high speed tyre. After many years of development and exhaustive testing we successfully managed to do this.

Most companies in the world manufacturing tyre sealants are still using ancient technology with out-dated polymers developed many years ago, and they mix their ingredients in a food industry mixer like a giant cake recipe without the application of heat. You cannot make a good quality tyre sealant without the application of heat and chemistry in order to give that sealant all the properties required to make it 100% successful. Using 21st century polymers and cutting edge chemistry with a proprietary process, we developed and manufactured in the UK, a high quality permanent puncture preventative, especially formulated for the demanding and hostile environment within a very high speed tyre. Because of the complexity of the formula and the specialised polymers needed to manufacture a permanent puncture preventative, that also requires highly specialised processing equipment, no other company has yet managed to achieve what we have accomplished.

With Puncturesafe, we have identified the markets in the world and are developing them. We offer 4 different grades and package them in a way that has made them very consumer friendly. A first for any company, either in the UK or anywhere in the world. It has been a combination of good product, consumer friendly packaging, full marketing point of sale material, full back up support and equipment that has given us so much success, and will continue to do so in the future.

Our highly advanced 21st century polymer gel puncture preventative, which is suitable for every vehicle sector, has enabled us to acquire a large ongoing contract with the Blue Chip Company, Royal Mail and national companies of all kinds. Due to our success in the UK, and with the many large UK companies using Puncturesafe that have global connections, we are getting numerous enquiries for Puncturesafe from all around the world. Apart from companies and individuals in the world that we have supplied with Puncturesafe, we have also liaised with foreign Police, security agencies and Military for their testing and evaluation. The Puncturesafe story is being told on a global scale. We are extending tyre life in every corner of the world regardless of the harshness of the countries environment.

Following the interest from all over the world we are now in the process of appointing licensed agents in every country. Any organisation or individual in a country that Puncturesafe is not established in, is invited to submit a proposal to join the Puncturesafe team as an International Distributor.

As head of our R&D team, and with very extensive knowledge in advanced polymer chemistry, I will ensure Puncturesafe remains the worlds number one puncture preventative for high speed vehicles well into the millennium.

The polymer chemistry team that worked on the development of Puncturesafe, has many years experience working with the countless 21st century polymers that have recently been developed.

The dynamometer left, was used to test Puncturesafe to the limit, during the development stage, and also now at manufacturing level, to test each new batch to 5000 kilometres before being shipped to our customers. The wheels are capable of reaching exceptionally high revolutionary speeds on the rollers, and with high loadings to simulate any type of vehicle in service. It was designed by ourselves, so we built it with two wheels, which gives us the capability of testing two batches, or testing and evaluating two different sealants side by side.
